Return, Refunds, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
At Maunath Handycraft Producer Company Ltd., your satisfaction is our priority. Please read the following policy to understand how we handle returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations.
1. Returns
Please note: We have a 5-days return policy.

Customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable.

Items must be:

Unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Returned in their original packaging with tags attached

Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

⚠️ Non-returnable items include customised products and items marked as sale/clearance.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

5. Exchange policy
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be in unworn, unwashed and original condition with tags attached.
- Allow us 7 working days to deliver the exchange item
